摘要: 干扰素、维甲酸联合应用诱导的细胞凋亡相关基因(GRIM)为一组基因,GRIM-19是其核心基因之一。研究显示多种肿瘤中均存在GRIM-19表达的缺失或者降低,表明该基因可能是抑癌基因,并可能成为抗肿瘤药物治疗的重要靶点。

Abstract: Genes associated with retinoid-interferon mortality(GRIM) are a group of genes, and GRIM-19 is one of the core genes. Studies have found that GRIM-19 is down-regulated in many types of tumors, and may be a new type of tumor suppressor and a new target for chemotherapy in tumors.
