摘要： 皮肤毒性是人类表皮生长因子受体抑制剂（EGFRI）在抗肿瘤治疗中最常见的不良反应，严重影响患者身体及心理状态，导致药物减量甚至停药，进而降低疗效。对此应予以高度关注，针对皮肤毒性的临床管理和治疗措施进行深入研究，以改善患者生活质量，保证治疗的连续性和疗效的最大化。但对于该类药物所致皮肤不良反应的发病机制及其对预后的判断意义尚需进一步研究。

关键词: 受体, 表皮生长因子, 药疹

Abstract: Skin toxicities are the most common adverse effects of epidermal growth factor receptor inhibitors(EGFRI). It can result in significant physical and psychological discomfort, and even leads to interruption or dose modification, and consequently affect the curative effect. Nowadays this adverse effect has attracted lot of attention. It is proposed that clinical management and treatment measures for skin toxicities should be further studied to improve the patients life quality, and guarantee the continuity and best curative 〖JP2〗effect of the treatment. But more researches on the pathogenesis and its prognostic significance are still expected.
