摘要: 微小RNA(miRNA)参与多种重要的细胞生物学过程,还参与包括肝细胞癌(HCC)在内的多种疾病的发生与发展。近年来研究发现miR-32在多种肿瘤组织中表达异常,miR-32在HCC中表达上调,扮演了“致癌基因”的角色,参与调控体内HCC细胞的细胞周期、凋亡及侵袭转移等多个病理生理过程,并有望成为HCC治疗的新靶点。

Abstract: MicroRNAs (miRNA) play an important role in a variety of cellular biology processes, and participate in the occurrence and development of a variety of diseases including hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). In recent years, miR-32 has been shown to be aberrantly expressed in many tumor tissues. miR-32 is up-regulated in HCC and plays an oncogene role in regulating the cell cycle, apoptosis, invasion, metastasis and so on. MiR-32 maybe a potential target for HCC therapy.
