摘要: 随着对肿瘤免疫发生和免疫耐受认识的不断深入,肺癌免疫治疗成为研究的热点。肿瘤免疫微环境在肺癌的发生、发展、转移过程中起着重要作用。肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(TAM)是肺癌免疫微环境中白细胞的主要成分之一,TAM和肺癌的关系随着研究的深入而逐渐明确,TAM作为肺癌免疫治疗新的靶点成为可能。

Abstract: With the research on tumor immunity and tumor immunosuppression development, immunotherapies for lung cancer has become a research hotspot. Tumor immune microenvironment plays an important role in tumor genesis, development and metastasis of lung cancer. Tumorassociated macrophages (TAMs) are the dominant leukocyte population found in immune microenvironment of lung cancer. The relationship between TAMs and lung cancer becomes clear with further research.  TAMs may become the new target of lung cancer immunotherapy.
