Abstract: Serine/aginine rich (SR) protein, SR protein kinase and other enzymes participate in the composition of alternatively spliced tissue factor (asTF). Recently researchers have found that this protein takes a part in tumor angiogenesis, tumor progression, metastasis and so on, so the detection of its clinical content will be very significant.
