Abstract: Morbidity and mortality of prostate cancer vary widely between Eastern and Western population, which is mainly due to genetic factors. In order to further explore the different mechanisms of occurrence and development of prostate cancer, the prostate cancer susceptibility genes, such as RNASEL, ELAC2, PTEN, MSR1 and TMPRSS2ERG are selected, and the genotype and allele distribution differences among Hispanic whites, African American, European, Chinese and Japanese are compared.
