Abstract: Helicobacter pylori infection can cause a series of microRNAs (miRNAs) disorders. These abnormal expressions of miRNAs can participate in the genesis and development of Helicobacter pyloriassociated gastric carcinoma through regulating cell proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis. Identifying the targets and regulatory pathways of various miRNAs in the development of Helicobacter pyloriassociated gastric cancer will provide a new direction for early diagnosis, prognosis and individualized treatment of gastric cancer.
