The role of epigenetics on antiangiogenesis therapy

Abstract: Epigenetics consists of DNA methylation, posttranslational modification of histon, microRNA and long noncoding RNA, which regulate angiogenesis by acting on different targets. Epigenetics has become potential targets of antiangiogenesis in tumor.
