摘要: 微小RNA通过调节基因转录后水平的表达在生物学过程发挥重要作用。越来越多的研究发现miR375在消化系肿瘤中普遍低表达,与肿瘤的发生有关。过表达的miR375可通过抑制靶基因的表达起到抑制肿瘤生长、转移的作用。

Abstract: microRNA (miRNA) plays an important role in biological processes via regulating gene expression in the level of posttranscription. Increasing number of studies reveal that miR375 is downregulated in digestive system tumors, and is related to tumorigenesis. Overexpression of miR375 can inhibit growth and metastasis of tumors through repressing the expression of target genes.
