摘要: 微小RNA(miRNA)是一类小分子的非编码RNA,已发现这类RNA在乳腺癌中可扮演癌基因和抑癌基因的角色,在肿瘤侵袭转移级联反应各阶段也起到促进或者抑制作用,与肿瘤的上皮间质转化及肿瘤干细胞的生成也高度相关。最新研究表明,miRNA可作为肿瘤诊断预后的一项重要指标,为靶向miRNA生物治疗方式作用于乳腺癌临床诊断治疗提供了理论依据。

Abstract: MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a class of small molecule noncoding RNAs. Those RNAs are considered as oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes in breast cancer and can be a promoter or inhibitor in tumor invasion and metastasis cascade stages, and they are also closely related to the tumor epithelialmesenchymal transition and tumor stem cell generation. New researches show that miRNAs can serve as significant diagnostic and prognostic indicators to provide a theoretical basis for the biotherapy of targeting miRNAs which is applied to the clinical diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.
