摘要： 趋化因子CCL5及其受体CCR5作为趋化因子家族之一参与多种疾病过程，尤其与乳腺癌关系密切。研究表明趋化因子CCL5及其受体CCR5无论是在乳腺癌的发生、浸润、转移、治疗还是预后方面都发挥重要作用。

Abstract: Chemokine CCL5 and its receptor CCR5, as one of the chemokine family, are involved in the processes of many diseases and especially play an important role in breast cancer. Recent researches show that chemokine CCL5 and its receptor CCR5 has an obvious impact on the tumorigenesis, invasion, metastasis, therapy and prognosis of breast cancer.
