摘要： 脂肪肉瘤是最多见的软组织肿瘤，其临床表现、病理和分子特征多种多样。手术治疗仍然是治疗的基础，是惟一提供治愈可能的方法。分子生物学的发展，相关分子通路、癌基因及抑癌基因等的发现，使靶向药物治疗脂肪肉瘤在将来变为可能。

Abstract: Liposarcoma is the most common soft tissue sarcoma. Liposarcoma is widely diverse in the clinical, pathological, and molecular characteristics. Surgery is still the mainstay of liposarcoma therapy and the only cure way. With the development of molecular biology, as well as the discovery of molecular pathways, oncogenes and anti-oncogenes, it is possible to treat liposarcoma with targeted drugs.
