摘要: 最近研究表明,一些长非编码RNA(lncRNA)在伴混合谱系白血病(MLL)基因重排、BCRABL、早幼粒白血病基因和维甲酸受体α(PMLRARα)以及急性髓系白血病1(AML1)ETO等融合基因的白血病中的表达具有特异性,并与疾病的发生、发展和预后密切相关。表达特异的lncRNA有望为白血病的诊断和治疗提供新策略,并对临床预后提供指导。

Abstract: Recent studies show that some long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) is specifically expressed in leukemia with mixed lineage leukemia (MLL)rearranged, BCRABL, promyelocytic leukemiaretinoic acid receptor α (PMLRARα), and acute myeloid leukemia 1 (AML1)ETO fusion gene, which is closely related to the occurrence, development and prognosis of leukemia. Specifically expressed lncRNA may provide new strategies for the diagnosis and treatment, which may provide a guidance for clinical prognosis of leukemia.
