摘要: 电场治疗肿瘤技术在神经胶质瘤的治疗中具有重要意义,其包括直流电场和交流电场。直流电场影响胶质瘤细胞的迁移,可作为治疗胶质瘤的新线索;交流电场能抑制胶质瘤细胞的增殖、侵袭并诱导凋亡,明显延长胶质瘤患者生存期及提高患者生命质量。

关键词: 神经胶质瘤, 电磁场, 中频交变电场

Abstract: Electric field treatment of tumor technology is of great significance in the treatment of glioma, including direct current electric field and alternating electric field. Direct current electric field affects the migration of glioma cells, and can be used as a new clue for the treatment of glioma. While alternating electric field can inhibit the proliferation and invasion of glioma cells, and induce apoptosis, and can obviously prolong the survival period of patients with glioma and improve their quality of life.
