不同化疗方案同步放疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 中晚期非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）约占全部NSCLC的45%。近年来放化同步治疗已成为NSCLC治疗的新标准，关于NSCLC同步放化疗（CRCT）的放疗总剂量、分次方法、不同化疗方案联合放疗的有效率和不良反应耐受性等诸多细节的研究仍在探索中。

Abstract: Advanced nonsmall cell lung cancer (NSCLC) accounts for all NSCLC 45%. In recent years, chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy has become a new standard for NSCLC. On NSCLC radiotherapy and chemotherapy (CRCT), radiation total dose, fractionation method, different chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy have many details in the efficiency and toxicity tolerance, which are still in the exploration.
