摘要: Aurora A是调控细胞周期有序进展的重要丝/苏氨酸激酶,严格依赖细胞周期参与细胞的有丝分裂进程。AURKA基因的单核苷酸多态性(SNP)及其编码产物Aurora A激酶的异常表达与卵巢癌、子宫内膜癌、宫颈癌及子宫肉瘤等妇科肿瘤的形成、发展和预后密切相关,显示Aurora A已成为妇科肿瘤靶向治疗的理想靶点。

Abstract: Aurora A is a key serine/threonine kinase regulating cell cycle, which is involved in various procedures of mitosis, strictly depending on cell cycle. The single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) of AURKA gene and the aberrant expression of its encoding product Aurora A kinase are often closely related with the tumorigenesis, progression and prognosis of gynecological tumors, such as ovarian cancer, endometrial cancer, cervical cancer and sarcoma of uterus. Aurora A has become an ideal target for the targeted therapy of gynecological tumors.
