Abstract: MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are evolutionary conserved non-coding RNA molecules. They involve in a variety of biological processes such as regulating the individual development, cell division, differentiation, apoptotic and fat metabolism through post-transcription pathway. It has been shown that miRNAs play important roles in the development and progression of many tumors, including of renal carcinoma. MiRNAs play functions similar to oncogenes or anti-oncogenes in the development and progression of renal carcinoma by regulating the signaling pathway of its target genes involving in.
