摘要: Hedgehog(HH)信号通路是经典的控制胚胎发育的信号传导途径,最近研究发现,该通路在肿瘤的发生和发展过程中发挥重要作用。HH信号对乳腺癌干细胞(BCSC)的干细胞特性的维持,及乳腺癌的复发、转移、耐药有密切的关系,有望成为针对BCSC治疗的新靶点。

Abstract: Hedgehog (HH) signaling pathway is a classic signaling pathway which controls embryonic development. Recent studies show that HH signaling pathway plays an important role in the tumorigenesis and development of cancer. Breast cancer stem cell (BCSC) is closely associated with malignant tumor metastasis, relapse and treatment resistance. HH pathway plays crucial roles in maintaining the characters of BCSC, and will probably become a novel therapeutic target of breast cancers.
