摘要: 胃癌干细胞是胃癌中一小部分具有自我更新能力及多向分化潜能等干细胞性质的细胞,是胃癌发生、发展、浸润、转移及复发的重要因素。上皮间质转化(EMT)在促使肿瘤细胞浸润、转移的同时,也使得转移的肿瘤细胞具有干细胞样特性,二者联合促进肿瘤进展。多种EMT相关转录因子、信号转导通路、微小RNA(miRNA)参与了胃癌干细胞的调控过程。

Abstract: Gastric cancer stem cells are defined as a subset of gastric cancer cells that possess stem cell properties, including self-renewal and multiplex differentiation potential, and have crucial roles in tumor initiation, progression, invasion, metastasis and recurrence. Epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) can facilitate the invasion and metastasis of cancer cells to distant tissues, and confer the metastatic cancer cells some abilities of stem cells. Several transcription factors of EMT, signaling pathways and microRNAs (miRNAs) are involved in the process of regulating gastric cancer stem cell.
