摘要： 氟尿嘧啶类、铂类和紫杉类药物是目前胃癌化疗中的3类常用药物。这3类药物作用机制中关键分子生物学标志物表达情况与化疗药物敏感性之间的关系成为目前的研究热点之一，并且是实现胃癌个体化治疗的前提。

Abstract: Fluorouracil, platinum and taxane are commonly used in the current chemotherapy of gastric cancer. The relationship between the key molecular biomarkers of mechanism of drug action and drug sensitivity has become a researchful hotspot, which is the prerequisite to achieve individualized treatment of gastric cancer.
