摘要: 放疗是食管癌非手术治疗的重要手段,5年生存率仅维持在20%~40%。近年来研究发现,抗血管生成治疗不仅可以直接抑制肿瘤的营养摄取,还可以通过使肿瘤血管正常化改善肿瘤组织的乏氧状态从而增强肿瘤细胞的放射敏感性,有望成为提高食管癌放疗疗效的有效方法。

关键词: 食管肿瘤, 放射疗法, 血管生成抑制剂

Abstract: Radiotherapy is the principle method of nonsurgical treatment for esophageal cancer. The 5year survival rate ranges from 20% to 40%. In recent years, the studies have found that antiangiogenesis therapy can not only directly inhibit tumor nutritional intake, but also turn around tumor hypoxia by normalizing tumor vessels so as to enhance the radiosensitivity of tumor cells, which is expected to become an effective way to improve the curative effect of esophageal cancer radiotherapy.
