摘要: 近年来许多与乳腺癌相关的微管相关蛋白(MAP)被发现或在乳腺癌治疗中有了更深入的研究。末端结合蛋白1(EB1)蛋白能促进乳腺癌细胞的增殖,对乳腺癌具有致癌作用并影响乳腺癌治疗的化疗敏感性。含有MAP7功能域的蛋白3(Mdp3)表达在乳腺癌上皮细胞中,对其生长和转移具有重要作用。核仁纺锤体相关蛋白(NuSAP)基因在乳腺癌组织中的表达上调,可作为乳腺癌生物标志物。Tau蛋白表达水平与雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)及人类表皮生长因子受体2(HER2)表达水平相关,其对紫杉醇化疗和内分泌治疗患者疗效的影响仍具有较大争议性。

Abstract: In recent years, many new microtubuleassociated proteins are found or studied extensively in the treatment of breast cancer. Endbinding protein 1 (EB1) has the promotional effects on cell proliferation and enhances the carcinogenesis of breast cancer, and also can affect the chemosensitivity of the treatment. MAP7 domaincontaining protein 3 (Mdp3) expresses in breast epithelial cells and plays an important role on the growth and metastasis. Nucleolar and spindleassociated protein (NuSAP) gene is upregulated in breast cancer and is considered as a biomarker for breast cancer. Tau expression level has a strong correlation with estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR) and human epidermal growth factor receptor2 (HER2), and it remains controversial in the results of the effect of paclitaxel chemotherapy and hormone treatment.
