摘要: Hippo信号通路在调节器官生长、组织再生、肿瘤发生、发展中起重要作用,而含有PDZ结合模序转录共激活因子(TAZ)是其下游核心转录因子,参与整个信号通路的调控。近年来,研究者发现TAZ过表达与乳腺癌的发生、发展、预后都有着密切的关系。探讨Hippo信号通路中TAZ与乳腺癌及乳腺癌干细胞的关系,可为乳腺癌诊断和治疗提供新的思路。

Abstract: Hippo signaling pathway plays an important role in the regulation of organ growth, tissue regeneration, tumor occurrence and development. Transcriptional coactivator with PDZbinding motif (TAZ) is the downstream transcription factor of Hippo signaling, participates in the regulation of the entire signaling pathway. In recent years, many studies have found that overexpression of TAZ has a close relationship with the occurrence, development and prognosis of breast cancer. Discussing the relationship of HippoTAZ with breast cancer and breast cancer stem cells may provide a new way for breast cancer diagnosis and treatment.
