摘要： 近年来外周血循环肿瘤细胞(CTC)检测的临床应用无疑是精准医学领域的研究热点之一。CTC检测因其具有非侵入性、易获取、可反复采集、具有高度可重复性等优势，可对肿瘤治疗进行实时全面监测，在乳腺癌的复发预警、疗效及时评价、预后判断以及个体化治疗用药指导等方面均有大量的应用。

关键词: 乳腺肿瘤, 血液循环, 肿瘤标记, 生物学

Abstract: In recent years, the clinical utility of circulating tumor cells (CTCs) analysis from peripheral blood has undoubtedly become a popular topic in the field of precision medicine. CTCs analysis is a noninvasive, easily obtained and highly repeatable testing approach, and could be carried out in a real-time manner, which has never failed to surprise us with great progression in the detection of early disease, assessing prognosis, treatment response monitoring and individualized therapeutic direction in breast cancer.
