Abstract: (-)-Epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG), a natural medicine with anti-neoplastic activity, significantly prevent cancers via inhibiting tumor cell proliferation, suppressing angiogenesis and promoting apoptosis, etc. Furthermore, the new discoveries about anti-tumor mechanisms of EGCG in digestive system, reproductive system and respiratory system shorten the course of EGCG application in clinical.
