摘要： 育龄期乳腺癌的辅助治疗往往会影响患者的卵巢功能。辅助化疗对卵巢功能的损害巨大，他莫昔芬(TAM)的损害程度尚不明确，而促性腺激素释放激素（GnRH）对卵巢功能具有保护作用。在辅助治疗中，综合权衡利弊，制定最佳的个体化方案，是未来乳腺癌治疗的方向。

Abstract: Adjuvant therapy of breast cancer in the childbearing period tends to affect ovarian function of patients. Adjuvant chemotherapy has a great damage for ovarian function, and tamoxifen′s extent of the damage is not yet clear, but gonadotropinreleasing hormone (GnRH) has a protective effect on ovarian function. In the adjuvant therapy, synthetic weigh the pros and cons, make the best individualized programs, is the future direction of the treatment of breast cancer.
