摘要: 食管癌的高侵袭性与血管生成密切相关,并伴随微血管密度、血管内皮生长因子、血管生成相关因子及其受体表达水平的改变。研究发现,血清中高水平的血管生成相关因子与食管癌患者疗效不佳及预后不良密切相关,提示其可作为食管癌治疗的新靶点,值得进一步深入探索。

Abstract: High invasive potential of esophageal carcinoma is often associated with angiogenesis, accompanied by the changes of microvessel density, vascular endothelial growth factor, angiogenic factors and their receptors. Studies show that there are significant correlations between increased serum levels of angiogenic factors and insufficient treatment response and poor prognosis in patients with esophageal cancer. Such angiogenesisrelated molecules may represent novel targets in treating esophageal cancer, which deserve further exploration.
