摘要: 缺氧诱导因子(HIF)是缺氧应答中起重要作用的转录因子,在实体瘤中呈普遍高表达,与肿瘤血管生成密切相关。其主要通过上调血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)基因的激活启动相关的血管生成,促进肿瘤的生长、侵袭及转移。随着HIF调控肿瘤血管生成机制的研究深入,HIF有望成为抗肿瘤血管生成治疗的重要靶点。
