摘要： 肿瘤干细胞（NSC)是一种增殖特性失控可形成肿瘤的具有干细胞特性的细胞，在肿瘤转移中起重要作用，其作用机制贯穿于肿瘤发生、发展以及转归等过程中。

Abstract: Neoplastic stem cell (NSC), cells with stem cell properties, which out of control of proliferation properties can be formed cancer. It plays an important role in the neoplasm metastasis,  and its mechanism throughout the tumorigenesis, development and prognosis.
