摘要: 脑胶质瘤是起源于神经外胚层中的中枢神经系统肿瘤,恶性程度高。由于其生长部位的特殊性,使胶质瘤的治疗很难达到预期效果。干扰素是一类重要的细胞因子,具有诱导细胞凋亡、抑制肿瘤生长、抑制病理性血管生成、调节免疫功能等生物学特性。研究表明干扰素信号通路中有很多关键分子在脑胶质瘤细胞凋亡的发生、发展过程中起着重要作用。探讨干扰素诱导脑胶质瘤细胞凋亡过程所涉及的关键分子及其作用机制,可能为脑胶质瘤的诊治提供新的临床策略。

Abstract: Glioma is a central nervous system tumor, which originates neuroderm and expresses the high malignant degree. Due to the particularity of the usual location, it makes the treatment of glioma difficult to achieve the desired effect. Interferon is a kind of important cytokines, and it has some biological characteristics, such as inducing apoptosis, inhibiting of tumor growth, and pathological angiogenesis, regulating immune function and so on. Studies have shown that there are many key molecules in the interferon signaling pathways, and these molecules play an important role in the occurrence and development of glioma cell apoptosis. Explore the key molecules and its mechanism of action in the process of Interferon inducing glioma, which may provide new clinical strategies for diagnosis and treatment of glioma.
