摘要: 弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤(DLBCL)是最常见的非霍奇金淋巴瘤,具有高度异质性。研究表明,微小RNA(miRNA)参与调控众多生物过程,与淋巴造血系统密切相关,并且在B细胞分化各阶段及其恶性转化过程中发挥重要作用。miRNA作为一种潜在的生物标志物日益受到关注,它与DLBCL的分型密切相关,对于该病的诊断具有重要价值,同时有助于判断不同患者的预后,并且可能成为新的治疗靶点。

Abstract: Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is the most common nonHodgkin lymphoma with a high degree of heterogeneity. Studies have  shown that microRNAs (miRNAs) are involved in many biological processes and are closely related to lymphoid hematopoietic system and play an important role in various stages of B-cell differentiation and malignant transformation. miRNAs are increasingly concerned as a potential biomarker, which are closely related to the classification of DLBCL. miRNAs are of great values for the diagnosis of the disease and help to determine the prognosis of different patients, which may become new therapeutic targets.
