摘要/Abstract

摘要： 微小RNA（miRNA）是一类非编码小RNA，在调控基因方面发挥重要作用，机体几乎每一生理过程都会受到miRNA的影响，也有许多疾病与miRNA失调有关。近年来研究发现，miRNA的异常表达与胃癌的发生发展、诊断、治疗和预后关系密切，其有望成为胃癌潜在的肿瘤标志物及治疗靶点。

Abstract: microRNAs (miRNAs) are endogenous noncoding RNAs, which play important roles in the regulation of gene terms. miRNAs affect almost every physiological process of the body, and many diseases are related to the disorders of miRNAs. Current studies show that the abnormal expressions of miRNAs are closely relate to the tumorigenesis, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of gastric cancer. So miRNAs can be used as potential biomarkers and therapeutic targets for the gastric cancer.
