胃癌分子信号通路与癌性疼痛

摘要: 丝裂原激活蛋白激酶、磷脂酰肌醇3激酶/蛋白激酶B、AMP活化的蛋白激酶、环氧合酶-2/核转录因子-κB和Wnt/β-catenin等胃癌分子信号通路与癌性疼痛的发生、发展密切相关,了解胃癌分子信号通路在癌性疼痛中的表达和作用,有望为癌性疼痛的治疗提供新思路。

关键词: 胃肿瘤, 癌性疼痛, 信号通路

Abstract: The molecular signaling pathways in gastric cancer, such as mitogen-activated protein kinase, phosphoinoinositide 3-kinase/protein kinase B, AMP-activated protein kinase, cyclooxygenase 2/nuclear factor-κB and Wnt/β-catenin pathways are closely related to the occurrence and development of cancer pain. To understand the expression and role of gastric cancer molecular signaling pathway in cancer pain is expected to provide a new idea for the treatment of cancer pain.
