循环微小RNA在多发性骨髓瘤中的应用

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 循环微小RNA（miRNA）与多发性骨髓瘤（MM）的发生、发展密切相关，miRNA在MM的早期预测、疾病诊断、预后评估、监测进展及评估耐药方面发挥着重要作用。作为一种重要的生物学标志物，miRNA有望成为MM诊断和治疗的新靶点。

关键词: 多发性骨髓瘤, 微RNAs

Abstract: Circulating microRNAs (miRNAs) are closely related to the occurrence and development of multiple myeloma (MM). miRNAs play a significant role in early prediction, disease diagnosis, prognosis evaluation, progress monitoring and assessment of drug resistance of MM. As important biologic tumor markers, miRNAs are expected to become new targets for the diagnosis and treatment of MM.
