Hepcidin、BMP6和HJV在胃癌中的表达及其临床意义

Expressions and clinical significances of Hepcidin, BMP6 and HJV in gastric cancer

摘要: 目的 研究与铁代谢相关的铁调素(Hepcidin)、骨形态发生蛋白6(BMP6)和铁调素调节蛋白(HJV)在胃癌中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法 应用免疫组织化学方法检测62例胃癌患者Hepcidin、BMP6和HJV的表达情况,并分析它们之间的相互关系及其与临床病理特征的关系。结果 与正常胃黏膜组织相比,Hepcidin在胃癌组织中高表达(13.3%∶56.5%,χ2=8.99,P<0.01),而BMP6和HJV在两组中的表达差异无统计学意义(60.0%∶40.3%,χ2=1.89,P>0.05;93.3%∶83.9%,χ2=0.88,P>0.05)。Hepcidin的表达与T分期相关(χ2=6.98,P=0.02),而与年龄、性别、淋巴结转移、远处转移、贫血均无关。BMP6和HJV的表达则与T分期、年龄、性别、淋巴结转移、远处转移、贫血均无关。Hepcidin与BMP6、HJV的表达均无关(r=0.13,P>0.05;r=0.15,P>0.05)。结论 胃癌组织中Hepcidin高表达,且与患者的T分期相关,可以作为反映胃癌生物学行为的客观指标。BMP6和HJV在正常胃黏膜组织和胃癌组织中的表达无明显差异。

Abstract: Objective To study the expressions of Hepcidin, bone morphogenetic protein 6 (BMP6) and hemojuvelin (HJV) in gastric cancer, and to explore their relationships with clinical pathological characte-ristics. Methods Hepcidin, BMP6 and HJV were detected by immunohistochemistry in 62 cases of gastric cancer patients, and the relationships among them and clinical pathological features were analyzed. Results Compared with normal gastric mucosa tissues, Hepcidin was highly expressed in gastric cancer tissues (13.3% vs. 56.5%, χ2=8.99, P<0.01), while the differences of the expression of BMP6 and HJV in the two groups were not statistically significant (60.0% vs. 40.3%, χ2=1.89, P>0.05; 93.3% vs. 83.9%, χ2=0.88, P>0.05). The expression of Hepcidin was related to T stage (χ2=6.98, P=0.02), but it was not related to age, sex, lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis and anemia. The expressions of BMP6 and HJV were not related to T stage, age, sex, lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis and anemia. Hepcidin was not related to the expressions of BMP6 and HJV (r=0.13, P>0.05; r=0.15, P>0.05). Conclusion Hepcidin is highly expressed in gastric cancer tissues, which is related to the T staging of gastric cancer, and can be used as an objective indicator of the biological behavior of gastric cancer. There were no differences in the expression of BMP6 and HJV between normal gastric mucosa and gastric cancer tissues.
