摘要: 血管生成拟态(VM)是一种肿瘤细胞通过自身变形并模拟产生血管样通道而达到自身血液供应的方式。胶质瘤中VM的形成与胶质瘤干细胞关系密切,另外一些分子如微小RNA(miRNA)、上皮细胞激酶(EphA2)、血管内皮钙黏蛋白(VEcadherin)、转化生长因子β(TGFβ)、血管内皮细胞生长因子受体2(VEGFR2)、凝集素1(Gal1)等在胶质瘤VM形成过程中也发挥重要作用。VM与胶质瘤患者的预后不良及其抗血管药物疗效不佳密切相关,所以针对VM形成机制、预后影响以及临床意义的研究将为胶质瘤的早期诊断和治疗提供新思路和可能的新靶点。

Abstract: Vasculogenic mimicry (VM) is a pattern of neoplasm cells, which achieve their blood supplements through deformation and simulating capillary channels. Cumulative studies show that the formation of VM in glioma have a close relation with the glioma stem cells. In addition, some molecules such as microRNA, epithelial cell kinaseA2, vascular endothelial cadherin, transforming growth factorβ, vascular endothelial growth factor receptor2 and galectin1 play important roles in the forming process of vasculogenic mimicry. Recently, it is found that VM is associated with the poor prognosis of patients with glioma and anti angiogenesis drug efficacy. So the research on VM about the discovery, formation mechanism, prognostic impact and the clinical significance will provide an opportunity for diagnosis and therapy of glioma in early stage.
