Function and advance of GPR30 in hormone-related neoplasms

Abstract: G protein-coupled receptor 30 (GPR30), a sort of novel functional estrogen transmembrane receptor, extensively participate in the pathological and physiological regulation by mediating the rapid non-genomic effects of the estrogen, which plays an important role in the occurrence and development of the hormone-related malignant neoplasms.
