图像引导的自适应放疗在肺癌治疗中的应用

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 自适应放疗(ART)是精益求精的放疗技术不断发展的产物，它根据治疗过程中肿瘤大小、形状及与周围组织的相对位置的变化，重新制定计划、配准，从而提高放疗全程适形的精准性。该技术也逐渐被越来越多的患者选择，肺癌患者选择该技术可明显提高局部控制率，同时减少放疗不良反应的发生。

Abstract: Corresponding author: Adaptive radiotherapy (ART) is the product of excellence technology. It reschedules, registers according to tumor′s size, shape and alteration of relative position with the surrounding tissue during the treatment. Thereby it raises the accuracy of the conformal radiotherapy. The technology is gradually being chosen by more and more patients. The technology can increase the rate of local control significantly, while reducing the occurrence of radiationrelated adverse reactions.
