肝细胞核因子4α在消化系统肿瘤中的研究

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 肝细胞核因子4α是一种细胞核激素受体超家族的转录因子，在消化系统分化发育及极性调控方面具有十分重要的作用，被认为是一种抑癌基因，在肝癌、结肠癌、胃癌等消化系统肿瘤的发生、侵袭及转移过程中发挥了十分重要的调控作用，并与上皮间质转化、细胞增殖调控及Wnt信号通路密切相关。肝细胞核因子4α在消化系统肿瘤中的表达及其作用机制是目前研究的热点。

Abstract: Hepatocyte nuclear factor 4α is a transcription factor of the nuclear hormone receptor superfamily and plays a very important role in the differentiation and development of the digestive system as well as the polarity regulation, which is considered to be a tumor suppressor gene．It also plays a very important role in digestive tumorigenesis , invasion and metastasis of hepatic carcinoma, colon cancer and gastric cancer, which is closely associated with epithelialtomesenchymal transition, the regulation of cell proliferation and wnt signaling pathway. HNF4α expression and its regulation mechanism in the digestive system tumors are now the research focus.
