摘要： 头颈部黏膜恶性黑色素瘤是一种高度恶性肿瘤，标准治疗措施为根治性手术，结合辅助放射治疗。免疫治疗、化疗被证实存在一定疗效。分子靶向研究是恶性黑色素瘤治疗的新趋势。

Abstract: Mucosal malignant melanoma of the head and neck is one of the rarely malignant diseases, The standard therapy for mucosal melanoma of the head and neck continues to be radical surgery, possibly associated with adjuvant radiation. The immunotherapy and chemotherapeutics confirmed existence certain curative effect, Molecular staging and targeted therapy may will be the new tendency in future.
