食管癌放射敏感性的预测

摘要: 放疗前预测食管癌放射敏感性已成为目前的研究热点之一。现有研究认为,p53蛋白、bcl-2蛋白、表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、缺氧诱导因子-1(HIF-1)、环氧合酶-2(COX-2)等与食管癌放射敏感性存在相关性。对上述标记物的检测有利于预测食管癌的放射敏感性并制定合理的治疗方案。另外还可根据正常组织放射性反应和食管腔内超声检查进行肿瘤放射敏感性预测。

Abstract: The radiosensitivity of esophageal carcinoma is one of the bases for making dividualized treatment program. Predition of radiosensitivity before radiotherapy has become a hot spot of the current study. It has been demonstrated that radiosensitivity of esophageal carcinoma is correlated to p53 portein, bcl-2 portein, human epidermal growth factor receptors(hEGFR), vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF), hypoxia-inducible-factor 1(HIF-1), cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2) and so on. Detection of these markers may be helpful for predicting the radiosensitivity of esophageal carcinonla and making optimal treatment program. In addition, radiosensitivity of tumor can be predicted according to radiation-induced esophagitis grade and endiscopic uhrasonography(EUS).
