摘要： 同步放化疗已经成为不可手术切除局部晚期非小细胞肺癌（LA-NSCLC）的标准治疗模式，但最佳结合模式尚未达成共识。同步放化疗后巩固化疗模式是其中之一。至今仍没有充分的证据显示同步放化疗后巩固化疗可以有更好的生存获益，其作用还有待更多的临床试验予以验证。

Abstract: Concurrent chemoradiation therapy is currently a recommended treatment approach for locally advanced inoperable stage IIIA and stage IIIB non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). There is no consensus on the optimal treatment regimen. It is one of these options for the consolidation chemotherapy following concurrent chemoradiation therapy. To date, there is no sufficient evidence indicating that consolidation chemotherapy following concurrent chemoradiation therapy further improves survival rates. The benefit remains to be confirmed by more clinical test.
