摘要: 巨噬细胞游走抑制因子(MIF)是一种独特的促进肿瘤发生的细胞因子,可直接参与癌基因诱导的恶性转化并调节细胞的分裂,也可间接通过抑制肿瘤细胞凋亡、促进肿瘤侵袭及血管生成等多方面作用影响肿瘤的发生发展。针对MIF的肿瘤生物靶向治疗可能成为肿瘤治疗的新途径。

Abstract: Macrophage migration-inhibitory factor (MIF) is a cytokine which can promote tumorigenesis. MIF can promote tumorigenesis by directly inducing oncogene transformation, stimulating cell division, as well as indirectly inhibiting tumor apoptosis, promoting its invasiveness and angiogenesis. MIF-targeted biological therapy may become a new therapeutic strategy for malignant tumor.
