胰岛素样生长因子家族在子宫内膜癌中的作用

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 胰岛素样生长因子（IGF）在子宫内膜癌（EC）组织中表达和活性增加，不仅介导雌激素对EC的促进作用，也可增加代谢相关EC形成的风险，并在EC的侵袭、转移、耐药等方面发挥推动作用。抑制IGF有望成为EC治疗的新方向。

Abstract: The expression and activity of insulinlike growth factors (IGFs) are increased in endometrial cancer (EC). IGFs not only mediate the positive impact of estrogen on EC, but also increase the risk for development of EC in patients with metabolic disorder. In addition, IGFs play a key role in the invasion, metastasis and drug resistance of EC. Thus, drugs that target IGFs may be the novel treatment of EC.
