摘要: 【摘要】非编码小RNA主要包括微小RNA、小干扰RNA及与PIWI蛋白相作用的RNA。研究表明,非编码小RNA在表观遗传学的调控中扮演了越来越重要的角色。非编码小RNA在基因转录、基因转录后、mRNA翻译等多种水平参与了基因表达的调控,与人类多种疾病,特别是与黑色素瘤的诊断、治疗和预后评估密切相关。

Abstract: Non-coding small RNA mainly includes microRNA, small interfering RNA and RNA interacting with PIWI protein. Studies have shown that non-coding small RNA plays an increasingly important role in the epigenetic regulation. Non-coding small RNA is involved in the regulation of gene expression by gene transcription, posttranscription and mRNA translation. Non-coding small RNA is closely related to many human diseases, especially the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of melanoma.
