姜黄素抗食管癌的机制

摘要: 姜黄素可通过诱导细胞周期阻滞、阻断Notch信号通路来抑制食管癌细胞增殖,通过抑制核转录因子κB(NFκB)信号通路、抑制食管癌血管生成、抑制基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)来抑制食管癌细胞侵袭,通过核磷蛋白的表达与定位变化来调控食管癌细胞凋亡从而发挥抗食管癌作用。

Abstract: Curcumin can suppress the proliferation of esophageal cancer cells by inducing cell cycle arrest and blocking Notch signaling pathway, and can inhibit the invasiveness of esophageal cancer cells by inhibiting the nuclear factorκB (NFκB) signaling pathway and suppressing the formation of tumor blood vessels and inhibiting matrix metalloproteinase (MMP). Curcumin can also regulate apoptosis of esophageal cancer cells by changing the expression and localization of nucleophosmin.
