摘要: 核转录因子-κB(NF-κB)信号转导通路广泛存在于真核生物中,参与胚胎发育、炎症、免疫以及肿瘤的发生发展等多种生物进程。NFκB信号转导通路的异常激活与神经胶质瘤的生物学特性改变密切相关。研究NFκB信号转导通路与胶质瘤增殖、侵袭、凋亡和血管新生的关系,将为神经胶质瘤的治疗提供新的思路和靶点。

Abstract: NF-κB signaling pathway is widely present in eukaryotes, and it is involved in many biological processes, such as embryonic development, inflammation, immunity, and tumor development. The abnormal activation of NFκB signaling pathway is closely related to the biological characteristics of glioma. Investigating the role of NFκB signaling pathway in the glioma proliferation, invasion, apoptosis and angiogenesis will provide new ideas and targets for the treatment of glioma.
