Abstract: MicroRNAs (miRNAs) regulate target genes expression in the post-transcriptional levels. There are many kinds of differential expressions of miRNA in head and neck cancer, and the miRNA participate in a series of important biological processes such as cell development, proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis and etc. miRNAsis expected to become an effective means for the diagnosis and treatment of head and neck cancer.
