摘要: Semaphorin是一类分泌型或结合于细胞表面的轴突导向分子,该家族成员均含有一个由约500个氨基酸残基构成的Sema结构域,这一结构对于其生物学活性的发挥是必需的。研究发现该家族不同成员间的作用各不相同,可发挥癌基因或抑癌基因的作用,与胶质瘤细胞的异常增殖、迁移和侵袭相关,提示可将其作为治疗靶点用于胶质瘤的临床治疗。

Abstract: Semaphorins act as axon guidance molecules, which were either secretory or binding to the cell surface. All its family members contain a Sema structure, which is composed of about 500 amino acid residues and is essential for its biological activity. Functionally, they play different roles in tumors, such as oncogenes or tumor suppressor genes, and their abnormal expressions are related to the proliferation, migration and invasion of glioma cells. Semaphorins may be the therapeutic targets for the clinical treatment of glioma.
