摘要: 吲哚胺2,3双加氧酶(IDO)被认为是一种重要的内源性免疫抑制酶。越来越多的研究证实IDO在肿瘤的发生发展中扮演十分重要的角色,肿瘤细胞不仅自身能表达IDO,而且还吸引树突状细胞(DC)表达IDO,参与肿瘤免疫耐受的形成。信号转导子与转录激活子家族(STAT)是参与树突状细胞中IDO转录调控的主要信号蛋白家族,详细阐明DC中STAT蛋白对IDO表达的调控机制对于肿瘤治疗很有必要,将会帮助我们开发特异性更强、活性更高的IDO特异性抑制剂,并为抗肿瘤靶向治疗提供新的选择。

Abstract: Indoleamine 2, 3-dioxygenase (IDO) is known as an endogenous immunosuppressive enzyme which plays a significant role in the process of tumor. IDO is not only found in tumor cells but also detected in dendritic cell (DC) in tumor microenvironment, which participates in the formation of tumor immune tolerance through expressing IDO enzyme. Signal transducer and activator of transcription (STAT) is the main signal protein family which participates in the IDO transcriptional regulation of DC.It is necessary to detail the signaling pathway in regulating IDO expression, which will help us develop high specific andmore active IDO inhibitors and provide new options for anti-cancer targeted therapy.
